Standing Strong in Coastal Bangladesh
Satkhira district, situated on the vulnerable coastal edge of Southwestern Bangladesh adjacent to the Sundarbans, faces extreme climate vulnerability, seasonal salinity intrusion, and economic hardship.
Children in low-income coastal villages often face disrupted schooling due to extreme weather, poverty, and inadequate educational infrastructure. Dinghy Foundation works directly with local families to build resilient learning spaces and foster dignified community growth.
Child Education Access
Providing tuition support, learning materials, and warm learning environments for vulnerable coastal children.
Disaster & Health Awareness
Equipping families with health literacy, clean water education, and climate disaster preparedness skills.
Community Resilience
Engaging youth, mothers, and local leaders in sustainable livelihood and child rights advocacy.
